Quality is a very important part of our 3nh & tilo company, and every instrument of 3nh(ThreeNH) & TILO will be checked by our QC department. Only QC pass, all instruments will go to warehouse for shipment.

We have a QC department to check all instruments from production workshop and after passed, all goods will be stored in warehouse.

Our QC department check each instrument very carefully to keep goods with high quality. Please don't wear the QC pass or we won't do warranty. If customers open our instruments, we don't know what they do so we won't offer warranty for this case. General we offer 1 year warranty for all spectrophotometers, colorimeters, gloss meters, and color light boxes except consumables.
